Website terms

These terms govern the public Vitalis website, demonstrations, educational material, Practice Audit requests, and community waitlist. Paid implementation services require a separate written agreement.

Education and demonstrations

Website examples and simulations illustrate possible workflows. Unless expressly labelled otherwise, they are not live clinic deployments, measured client outcomes, or guarantees. Educational content is not medical, legal, compliance, accounting, or billing advice.

No patient information

Do not submit protected health information through public forms, community posts, or ordinary email. Patient-data workflows require an approved implementation, documented safeguards, and a signed Business Associate Agreement where required.

No guaranteed results

Operational and financial results depend on call volume, staff processes, systems, access, market conditions, patient choices, and implementation quality. Vitalis establishes a client-specific baseline before reporting results.

Founding Practice programme

Published founder pricing is an invitation to apply, not automatic acceptance. Scope, compatibility, timeline, payment, responsibilities, compliance terms, and the ninety-day initial term are defined in the signed proposal and service agreement.

Intellectual property

Vitalis materials may be used for your own internal evaluation and clinic operations. You may not resell, republish, remove attribution from, or represent Vitalis materials as your own without written permission.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or withdraw website features and educational material. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
