Privacy notice

Vitalis, a company of Athena Ventures, provides clinic operations education and managed patient-access services. This notice explains how the public website handles information.

Information we collect

When you request a Practice Audit or join the Practice Systems Lab waitlist, we collect the business contact information you submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, practice, website, practice type, and the operational problem you want to examine. We also retain referral and campaign parameters so we can understand how you found Vitalis.

Do not submit patient information

The public website forms are for business contact information only. Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, recordings, appointment details, or other protected health information. A separate written scope, security review, and Business Associate Agreement are required before any Vitalis workflow may handle protected health information.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to requests, assess fit, provide requested education, maintain our sales and service records, protect the website, and improve our marketing and operations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Hosting, communications, customer-management, and scheduling providers may process information for Vitalis under their applicable agreements. A vendor is not placed into a protected-health-information workflow unless the required safeguards and agreements are confirmed for that specific implementation.

Retention and security

We retain business contact information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the business contact information you submitted, or opt out of non-transactional messages, by contacting chase@theanalogue.app. Legal or operational retention requirements may limit a request.

Changes

We may update this notice as Vitalis services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
